My member name was given to me as a joke by my 17-yr-old daughter since I've fallen in love with fish keeping and am a very avid caregiver to them.
I have 3 ranchus, 4 small black/red moors, 1 7" red-face butterfly panda moor, 1 telescope-eye, 2 - 2" pearlscale goldfish in my 100 gallon indoor aquarium. I found Goldfish Keepers via Yahoo search because I have a 6" black ranchu (Niko) that needs his wen trimmed around his eyes and found useful info here.
I also have 6 African Dwarf Frogs, 8 Ghost Shrimp in a 10 gallon (female ADF is fat with eggs and has been bred with), 6 Tiger barbs in a 20-gallon, 3 betta splendons in their own tanks (5 gallon, 4 gallon, 3 gallon respectively), 2 red-eared sliders in their temporary 10 gallon that will soon move into their 180 gallon, two redfoot tortoise hatchelings (Gems & Scutacus), 1 chow-chow, 1 overweight Pug, 1 red tabby (son's cat), 6 guinea pigs, 1 Netherlands Dwarf rabbit (daughter's bunny), two hamsters, Mimi & Veeg Vic.
Care for all our pets is a family thing, and we do it enthusiastically, although I'm the one who's the prime care giver for all fish, frogs, turtles and tortoises, hence my nickname "AquaMom". :yess:
