What is the growth rate of Ranchu and at what age or years do they stop growing? Both wen and body size. Assuming regular feeding ( not overfeeding ) of once two twice day. I know that as they get older, you can feed less, but around what age does it really stop growing?

It is indeterminant growth. They can keep growing until they die. But, the growth rate (percent per year) steadily declines and they will have most of their bulk but the time they are three.

Thanks for info, so after 3 years we can feed less without fearing stunning their growth? I just don't want to overfeed ( swim bladder floating issues ), but also don't want to underfeed them, so that I can get good decent growth.

I don't agree with the usual dogma about stunting in goldfish and think that most stunted fish are suffering from genetic issues and over-crowding instead of the lack of food.
