Airstone or Air Diffuser

What are the recommended airstone or air diffuser for 50 gallon indoor tank? I have Aquaclear 100 on my tank, but I like to increase oxygen.

What about Hagen's Aqua Fizzzz airstone, wooden airstone or round bubble airstone. I don't want to spend much a glass type air diffuser.

If your oxygen is already at the saturation point then an airstone will not do anything except create more turbulence. You can buy a kit to measure oxygen from Hach or LaMotte, but the cost of the kit is more than the cost of an airstone and a small air pump.

Thanks for your feedback Steve, but what if oxygen has not reach saturation point yet, then what types inexpensive airstone would be effective?

If you are not at saturation, then you are probably so close that anything would work. I'd just pick up a cheap stone at the local pet shop.
