Buying from Riverwonders !!

Hey has anyone purchased Ranchu's from Riverwonders? The five feedback messages that you get to read all give them five stars. Although it says there are 19 you can only read 5. There prices are really low. Just wondering if there worth a try.

I ordered from them once. I ordered 3 "BLACK" Orandas....what I received was 3 Chocolate Orandas. When I emailed them they told me Black Orandas would become black. 2 died while in quarantine & one is still with me (tho still mostly Chocolate....the parts that didn't turn ORANGE)!

When I emailed them about losing the two they really blamed me!

I will definately not purchase there again! It's a shame because they do "offer" interesting color choices & good prices....just don't follow thru!

I am always hesitant to purchase a fish that I cannot see first. In fact I do not like to purchase fish just from picutures but like to see it swim and judge its balance.

They definitely are not a specialty goldfish vendor. I think you may have a better chance buying goldfish from your local fish store.

I read a review saying that if you order and pay for something and it's not in stock, you're going to have trouble getting communication and your money back. Looking at the thread again I see more negative reviews..... If you value your money don't buy from them!

Thanks for the quick replys. I choose to go with Raingarden. There prices are fair and there product looks good. I also am getting some of Pauls bbsvr.
