Disaster Averted

My two black ranchus from Paul were supposed to have arrived yesterday morning. I had arranged with the PO to pick them up directly from their office before 8am so they wouldn't be exposed to the elements. It has gotten down to MINUS 9 here the last couple of days. Needless to say, they did not arrive until this am. I fully expected to open the box and find a big chunk of ice. For witness purposes I opened the box at the PO and the two little ranchus were friskier than any fish I have received in the past. The reason was the EXCELLENT packaging and insulation by Paul. I have been doing this for a long time but I was truly impressed. Also, the ranchus are cute as mouse ears. Cudos to you Paul !! I will certainly recommend you to anyone that cares to listen.

shippers who know what they are doing can have "problems" like that with the post office and the fish survive fine! Goes to tell how good Paul is :worship:
