Call me before you head out. I might go there in the afternoon today too just to check fish out even though I'm not buying any.

I consider chinese ranchus lionchus. They were developed crossing with lionheads. I really only consider Japanese lines ranchu... IMO

U got the Thai or Janpanese Ranchus?

They seem have a longer body.

Ranchus bred to Japanese standards(top view) are going to have longer bodies. They will also swim better, and are tougher. I left a trio of mita line ranchu outside all winter this year, and they are doing fine............

Mine is thai breed Japanese blood line fish. I agree w/ Dan longer fish are tougher and swim better.
