Truth is I've never been to England nor am I of English descent but I have a friend that 's from the U.K. who's a HUGE fan so I'm rooting for England.

Really disappointing! I thought England would be stronger. Not that Algeria is weak but when we think about Manchester United and other prestigious football clubs, England doesn't look like one of the dominant teams.

Unfortunately the majority of players in our Premiership are not English. Also for some inexplicable reason our Football Association employs England coaches at a huge cost and those coaches then play our "stars" out of position. It doesn't make sense. We put ourselves under unnecessary pressure all the time but invariably scrape through the league stage which will probably happen again. I saw a bad referring decision rob the USA of a win so guess both countries are having a tough time but hopefully we will both progress to the knockout stage.
