Just got back home from Buck County Koi. Patrick, the owner, got me some Daphnia that he has in his 800gallon show tank. So he gave me a bag of one net full at no cost! Thx Man! I guess i just saved about $500 on these live Daphnia. Already counted them, look like 1,000,000+. Now just wondering what fish should i feed them with?.....

Why don't you breed them for your fish, a small tank or kiddy pool & low going air stone or small sponge filter & green water. I get an algae feed from Paul at Ayers aquatics and keep a tank going to feed fry on.

Mr. Lim I understand it may be unbelievable for you based on where you are. :)

Thats because unlike in Asia where we buy Daphnia in dry weight, here people sell/buy by the number of Daphnia. For example, about 350 count Daphnia would cost you around $7 bucks.

By the way I still don't understand how they count Daphnia.... LOL...

I would think its counting fee that is making the Daphnia very expensive here.. ha ha ha ha :D
