Advice please

I was cleaning out my tank this morning and accidently caught one of the fry in the bottom of my hose, i released as soon as possible and have been watching it on and off all day since, there is deffinately some damage to the anal fins they are red coloured i pressume this is blood that has gone into them a bit like bruising, there has been no external bleeds, the fish has been swimming fine and eating too,
But it now has a shake a bit like a twitch it is doing this almost all the time, i first thought it was shock and have waited for it to calm down but as yet no sign.
I dont want to cull if not needed but unsure what to do, i plan to see what its like in the morning and go from there but any suggestions would be greatly accepted.

You must make the decision on this--but if it was me, I would cull the fry.

How much salt should i add ?
I now have the fry in my hospital tank, the twitching has calmed down over night but now have white fungus on side near to tail, have not yet treated but i do have some anti fungal.

I decided to use the anti fungal that i have and it has worked well, the fry is now well and swimming around just nicely.
i will keep up the treatment over the weekend and put him back with the others soon after that.
