I was amazed to see my anubias in my calico veiltail tank in bloom. I have never had an aquarium plant produce flowers before.http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt269/VeilGal/IMG_0485.jpg

I always trim off the bloom, someone told me it effects the health of the plant?
Could be a myth

Interesting flower. I just got a bunch of anubias myself too with a dozen more coming from Malaysia in a few weeks. Hope they bloom too lol. Do u guys keep them free floating?

No, the best is to tie the Anubias with fishing line to a stone, root or filter sponge

Rocks work well, but I tie mine to cool pieces of twisted SINKING driftwood and it look very nice over time!
