I have three tanks of Veils Spawning right now. The most exciting is Gary Hater line crossed to Al Thomma Veil. Fingers crossed:yess:

I`ve never seen Veiltails from Thomma veil line, anyone has pictures? What are the particularities from Foster`s or Hater`s or Purdum`s lines? Are they quite similar to Foster`s main line? Thx!

The Thomma Veil I have are thinner and longer with beautifull finnage,They are a bit slow growers well kinda a bit ugly ducklings. I had two and (lost one) I thought I was going to get rid of it since it looked like nothing more than a dbl tailed commet. Then 6 months later I looked in my pond and wow n amazing fish was swimming by. Unfortionantly the submersible pump sucked him into the pump and tore his tail and his side. He is a trooper.

I would say in the words of Gary the Perdum lines are robust.I like them and when I crossed them with Gary's line I really like the result. I have some of the Streamson-Chu line and I like those too. These are a little shorter bodies compaired to the foster line not as much of an almond shape more like a plum. I have pics of them in my Album here.

So I have Gary's Line,Al foster, Al Thomma, Janet Perdum,Veiltail gals(michelle) and Streamson-chu and of course my own.I am always trying to get more lines. My camera is terrible I will try to get some here for you.

I have always loved Janet's fish. Her dorsals are particularly impressive......
