Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone here can direct me to a place to look up available Gf meds in different countries? I have a couple of members that cannot seem to find the meds that we generally use in the U.S.A. I cannot tell them what to use in their countries because I don't know what is available and the ingredients in their meds there. Because of their custom laws, I cannot ship them meds, either. Any help is appreciated!

Commercial drug names may be different in different countries but generic names should remain the same.

Right now, I have members from Germany and Australia who cannot find the meds we use here. Meds such as Prazi (the have found meds that contain praziquantel, but the other ingredients they contain make using them questionable because side effects); meds for bacterial infections (tetracycline, ampicillan, Metronidazole...). etc. My problem is that I am not familiar with what meds are available to them in these countries.

The EU has much tighter controls on antibiotics. Many which are readily available in the US will require a veterinarian in EU.
There should be no problem with the oxidizers like PP and formalin.
I'm not sure about the organophosphates like trichorfon (Life Bearer, Clout, etc).
Some of the UK people use Flubenol (Flubendazole) in place of prazi. I don't think prazi is banned or anything because it is available for dogs, cats and humans. Therefore, they may be able to order it from a US supplier.

Right now, I have members from Germany .... Meds such as Prazi .
I use this product , produced and sold by koi-med.de in Germany
It is excellent for fluke treatments. the site also carries several other very interesting products for treating fish. Salt and peroxide can be found in super market. formalin is carried at the farm zoo vet for treating sheep.baytril can also be obtained at farmica.
