Hi all,

I would like to start a new Thread about Camera. Almost all of you taking a beautiful pictures of your goldfish with your camera. Please share with your experience.

Let me start first.

I have Canon SD800. This machine is point and shoot. It is also comes with aquarium preset mode for fish. I love this option. The battery is very good too. 1 fully charge good for almost 300 pictures. :)

I have an HP I think. I use no flash, macro, action mode, and quick burst. So far it works alright. Your camera sounds very nice.

I use dSLR (nikon D3), no flash just aquarium lighting with high ISO settings (1600+ depending on the exposure) and relatively fast shutter speed (around 1/250) to avoid motion blur. I'll post some samples in the Photo section.

I use a Nikon D100 Dslr, and a Nikon Coolpix P50. Also have a Nikon F5 slr(film) that i do not use very often.

Use aquarium lighting, no flash, tripod or hand held. Depends on my mood. Adjust ISO, etc as needed. I seem to like to shoot at night in the dark with only aquarium lights on.
