Feeding frozen Krill

Can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantage of feeding frozen Bloodworm, frozen Brine Shrimp, and frozen krill to goldfish?

they are good, high protein food that is easily digested. disadvantage, they can promote bad bacteria if not all eaten or allowed to be sucked into filter, they can get freezer burn and are somewhat expensive.
