This was my first attempt at planting a tank. Substrate is dirt capped with sand and gravel. I was very patient with this setup and allowed the plants 90 days to establish before adding the fish. They do nibble on some select plants, but I over planted so its hardly noticed. I have to trim the plants back every other month. Thanks

That is some dense growth! Looks awesome. What model of light are you using, looks like a current usa satellite model remote control in the first pic.

Nice! How long have you had this running with the fish in?

IMG_1358.JPG IMG_1343.JPG I really like it do you add anything to the water? How hard is it to clean and change the water? What light are you using? Are there any noticeable benefits to the fish and water quality? And are they all cooler water plants? Sorry so many questions but I'm working on a planted aquarium myself and am a little curious, it really looks nice you did a awesome job
