Things are looking good for the blue egg phoenix. Bo Zhao has got several spawns, Joshua McWilliams got some spawns and I did get one on April 30, 2017. Hatching started yesterday for me. Pretty excited!

I lost half of the brood to bad food. The ones remaining, I culled many. I still have about 30 fry but they are slow growers. Although they are not prime, I'm thinking of selling some, mostly as a gene pool for preservation.

Some 2017 Beps on their way to cold country: Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada. Along some Bristol shubunkins too.

Is anyone going to be selling some juveniles from their spawns?

I do think that they are going to a great home , all they need is good shipping and more BEPS and Bristol Shubunkins will be available to Canadian goldfish lovers eventually. Good news.

Shipping turned out fine, no DOA. Sender and recipient were quite worried due to lack of updated tracking on a Friday.
